Chef Mark Lorenz is a private chef serving Naples and Southwest Florida. He trained through an ACF-certified apprenticeship, graduated from Johnson & Wales University, and serves on the board of the American Culinary Federation. A chef instructor with more than 25 years of cooking experience, he creates globally inspired, ingredient-driven menus tailored to each client’s tastes, dietary needs, and occasion, from intimate dinner parties to celebrations and wine dinners, all cooked in the client’s home.
