My job is to cut through it.

I research the stay, compare the options, look for preferred rates and amenities, help choose the right room, and remain a real person you can contact when plans change.

A few things I travel by.

  1. The ocean view and the oceanfront room are not the same thing.
  2. The most expensive hotel is not automatically the best hotel.
  3. A good cancellation policy is severely underrated.
  4. Location can matter more than another 200 square feet.
  5. Sometimes the upgrade is absolutely worth it.
  6. Vacation should not require seventeen browser tabs.
