Mark Lorenz
An exceptional meal is about more than what arrives at the table. It is about the anticipation, the conversation, the unexpected details, and the memories that linger long after the final course.
With more than 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Mark Lorenz brings the artistry of professional fine dining into the intimacy of your own home.
Trained through an American Culinary Federation-certified apprenticeship and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Lorenz is also a chef instructor and serves on the board of the American Culinary Federation.
His approach is thoughtful and deeply personal: globally inspired cuisine, beautiful ingredients, and menus created around the tastes, dietary needs, and occasion of every guest.
From an intimate dinner for two to a memorable celebration with family and friends, every evening is designed to feel entirely your own.
